Summer in Winter Somethings ~ CHALLENGE

Thanks to everyone who played along with our recipe challenge last week!! I have a few new food recipes I need to try out!!!

Well it's the end of January and we just got a foot of snow and ice!! So for today's challenge, let's all make something to add a little summer to our winter days. It can be a project with summery colors, a summer theme, anything that will warm and brighten your day.

We are happy to announce a new sponsor for this week's sponsor, Pink Gem Designs. Here's a bit about them...

All stamps have been made using original hand drawn images by Janet Roberts. Our stamps are manufactured by a specialist polymer company in the UK from high quality crystal clear polymer. They are bubble free and are unmounted for use with an acrylic block (not supplied). If cared for correctly the stamps will remain clear and may be used time and time again without any image deterioration. Avoid the use of solvent based inks and cleaners and store away from heat and strong light and they should last a lifetime.

Janet has also generously donated a brand new stamp (seen here) for one lucky winner!!! It's called Mimi and scarecrow. Also check out her card sample in the next post featuring another one of her new designs, Meg and chicks.

For your chance at this Mimi and Scarecrow image, just leave a comment on THIS POST by 7pm ET Thursday, February 5, 2009 with a link to your sample.

Have fun stamping some summer in the winter!!!
